Hire People Who Do NOT Use Sprinklers

I'm just not that into sprinklers.

It's not the fixed pattern or series of spray heads that rubs me the wrong way. Rather, it's the zen of watering my own lawn, by hand, that really fills my heart with joy.

Those who set these irrigation devices and walk away are not the type of employee I want working for me. It's not all about how green the lawn is, but sometimes it's the road you took to get it there.

Listen below to find out why.

Totally agree. I never used my sprinkler system. It's more therapeutic to "manually" water the lawn & plants. No short cuts!

I ABSOLUTELY agree!!! I mean, people who water their lawn with sprinklers? Sheesh, they couldn't possibly be a good worker. I mean, they might even come up with some poor excuse as to why they have to use an irrigation system. Poor excuses like wanting to spend that free time with their family, working out to stay healthy, spend an evening with the wife, helping their child with homework, using that little bit of extra time to put in some extra effort on a work project. All bad excuses.

....in case you didn't get the sarcasm, you're a tool...

Speaking of tools, someone certainly has a chip on their shoulder.
